It sure has been a scorcher out there these past few days! It keeps us on our toes as far as watering goes but the great thing is that our veggies are growing like crazy.
Our beautiful, fractillian romanesco broccoli was a big hit last week. I will be harvesting the remainder of our patch today and it will not be available again until the fall.It makes a great conversation piece and the taste is superb! – like cauliflower, but a little sweeter. It looks great on a veggie dip platter. You will be the envy of all the other patio party hosts!
Being that we are in the midst of blueberry season, upon request, we have sourced Abbotsfords finest organic blueberries to offer you. They will only be around for a short time.
